INTERNATIONAL ROYALTY

Ms Elemental® 2026 - Paula Napalan

She is a queen of all trades, fearless in pursuing her dreams, and capable of anything she sets her mind to. For over a decade, Paula has worked in the television industry, both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.

Her platform, Rise Up, is about pushing yourself to your fullest potential, chasing your wildest dreams, and never giving up. Paula stands as proof that with hard work, resilience, and self-belief, anything is possible.
Her journey has led her through countless roles—TV producer, bartender, model, photographer, athlete, dancer, actor, and more. Each experience has shaped her, proving that success isn’t about a single path but embracing every opportunity with passion and determination. But above all, her most cherished role has been wearing the crown and using my voice to inspire others.

Beyond pageantry, Paula is committed to sustainability, which led her to create P’s Pretty Little Pieces. Fashion has always been a part of her life, and now she shares her collection of fashion to help women feel confident without the pressure of constant new purchases. When you look your best, you feel your best, and that confidence shines from within.

The fashion industry is one of the world’s biggest polluters, contributing to waste and resource depletion. By promoting sustainable fashion, we can extend the life cycle of garments, reduce overconsumption, and make choices that benefit both people and the planet. Together, we can build a more conscious, stylish, and sustainable future.  Her legacy is to leave a handprint on someone's heart and, most importantly, a handprint on this earth.

A special note from Paula:
To all of my sponsors...thank you for believing in me and supporting this journey.  To my sash sisters, your encouragement has meant the world and has pushed me to keep striving for greatness.  Kyle, your words have given this title a deeper meaning--reminding me to honor my heritage and carry it forward with pride.  Your belief in me has been a guiding light, and I'm truly grateful.  And to Yulia--my rock, my biggest cheerleader--thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Your love, encouragement, and unwavering support have lifted me on my hardest days and celebrated with me on my best.  I wouldn't be who I am today without you, and I am forever grateful.

Mrs Elemental® 2026 - Jayne Black

Jayne is leading an effort to clean up the air we breathe outside and inside school classrooms.  As the field organizer for Wisconsin for Moms Clean Air Force, a national nonprofit organization that works to protect children's health from air pollution and climate change, Jayne works to support federal and state climate rulings and legislation and is working to reduce fossil fuel use and advocate for clean energy solutions. Our country currently does not require indoor air quality monitoring in schools, so she is working to educate and engage others in political change and advocacy.

In 2023, Jayne worked with state lawmakers to introduce a bill that would launch a process for monitoring the air quality in schools and protecting children’s health. An avid volunteer, she is the chair of her city's Sustainability Commission, is a volunteer for The American Lung Association, and is a spokesperson and an ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Her initiative, "Clean Air & Green Schools” is a collaborative effort that combines the work she does as the founder of Green Schools Rock and Moms Clean Air Force. Green Schools Rock is a free inclusive program that supports schools to incorporate green initiatives and trains youth to be green leaders. Green Schools Rock is a pathway program to the Department of Education’s program, Green Ribbon Schools, and is a partner program with the global sustainable organization, Green Apple Day of Service.

A former pre-K teacher, Jayne is mom to a daughter with multiple sclerosis and a son with asthma. She sees the impact of climate change and poor air quality on her children daily. This inspired her to lead the way to make change.

Jayne is a former Mrs Elemental® USA Eco 2023, Mrs Elemental® USA Air 2024, and Mrs Elemental® USA 2025--making her the first in the organization's history to earn her way through all title ranks.  She has used those roles, along with being an ambassador for ICONIC USA, the official 501(c)(3) non-profit of Mrs Elemental® USA, as a catalyst to amplify her climate work. Her belief is that, as caregivers, we should use our voices to create positive change in our communities and that finding solutions to climate disruption requires the involvement of more women leaders. Our stories as parents can inspire action at the local, state, and national levels. In her spare time, Jayne, her husband Craig, and their family enjoy traveling, hiking, supporting local musicians, and spending time surrounded by the water at their second home in Door County.
